1. About TocynTicket

TocynTicket is a ticketing platform operated by Systematic Edge Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), registered in England and Wales. We provide an online platform connecting event promoters with ticket buyers.

2. Ticket Purchases

When you purchase a ticket through TocynTicket, you are entering into a contract with the event promoter, not with TocynTicket. We act as a ticketing agent on behalf of the promoter.

All prices are displayed in GBP and include any applicable booking fees.
Payment is processed securely via Stripe. We do not store your card details.
You will receive an email confirmation with your e-ticket(s) and QR code(s).
Tickets are non-transferable unless the promoter states otherwise.
Maximum 10 tickets per transaction.

3. Refunds and Cancellations

Refund policies are set by individual event promoters.
If an event is cancelled by the promoter, you are entitled to a full refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Refund requests should be directed to the event promoter in the first instance.
Booking fees are non-refundable. Only the ticket face value is refunded.
Stripe processing fees are non-refundable.

4. For Promoters

TocynTicket charges a platform fee of 10% of your booking fee (or a promotional rate if applicable).
Minimum booking fee is £1.00 per ticket.
You are responsible for delivering the event as advertised.
If you cancel an event, you must arrange refunds for all ticket holders.
There are no contracts or monthly fees. You may stop using TocynTicket at any time.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
Resell tickets at inflated prices (touting).
Attempt to circumvent any security measures.
Submit false or misleading event information.

6. Charity Donations

20% of TocynTicket's platform fee is donated to charity. This is funded entirely by TocynTicket — there is no additional cost to promoters or ticket buyers. Donations are published quarterly.

7. Liability

TocynTicket is a ticketing platform only. We are not responsible for the events themselves, including their content, safety, or cancellation. Our liability is limited to the platform fees we collect.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
