Ticket buyers:

Event promoters:

Name, email, and contact details
Event information you provide
Payment and payout details

We do not collect or store payment card details. All payments are processed by Stripe.

To process ticket purchases and send confirmation emails
To enable event promoters to manage their events and attendees
To verify tickets at event doors via QR code scanning
To process refunds when requested
To communicate service updates

4. Legal Basis

We process your data on the following legal bases under UK GDPR:

Contract performance: To fulfil your ticket purchase or promoter agreement.
Legitimate interests: To operate and improve the platform.
Legal obligation: To comply with tax and financial regulations.

5. Who We Share Data With

Event promoters: Receive buyer name, email, and ticket status for their events only.
Stripe: Processes all payments. See their privacy policy.
SendGrid (Twilio): Sends confirmation emails. See their privacy policy.
Cloudflare: Hosts our platform. See their privacy policy.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

6. Data Retention

Ticket purchase records: Retained for 6 years (HMRC requirement).
Promoter accounts: Retained while active, deleted on request.
Email addresses: Retained only for the purposes above.
